Family fun in Dubai 🇦🇪

Had a lekker stay! My kid loved the splash area, proper jol! Shoutout to the staff who were always so friendly, especially Zainab at brekkie, she sorted us out nicely. The gym was top-notch for my morning workouts too. Really felt at home here, no doubt.

The only blip was a bit of a wait for the extra towels we asked for, but nothing major.

The pool area was a delight for kids and parents, though

it could have had more space for lounging. We really appreciated the vigilant lifeguards on duty, ensuring a worry-free time for everyone. Breakfast was delightful, offering a good variety for the family.

absolutely horrendous stay! the bathroom was nice, but the room itself was just drab, not cozy at all. cold room service? yes, please! as a guest, I expected a complimentary upgrade or at least fresh flowers for the trouble. I almost thought about leaving a stellar review but just couldn't.

Inviting atmosphere, ideal if you appreciate spacious rooms with superb amenities and delicious freesh breakfast options, making it a fantastic place for relaxation.

The water slides and kids play area were a blast! 🎉 The room was spacious and stylish, though I did have to request toiletries multiple times. Just a bit slow on that part.

The check-in took ages, felt like being in a queue for a rollercoaster! Plus, some staff seemed a bit confused—got different quotes for meal prices from different folks, which made dining decisions tricky.
